Shipping is free to all continental US addresses for orders over $80.
Return shipping is at customers' expense. Thank you for understanding!
We are confident that our jewelry will suit you and exceed your expectations!
We check all pieces before the shipping process. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, an exchange can be made within 7 days of arrival of the merchandise. 
Follow these steps to exchange your item(s):
1. When receiving your purchase, review it carefully. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, follow the exchange instructions below;
2. Send an email to to obtain your return confirmation.
3. Send your item(s) with the original packaging materials and original invoice to us by an insured carrier and retain the tracking number for your records.
4. Send your package by registered mail from USPS, FedEx, UPS with insurance for the purchase price.
* We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Please address the package to:

6. Upon receiving your package, we will check the condition of the returned items and the exchange will be issued by a coupon in the amount paid to the email registered in 7 business days.
7. The credit coupon can be used on your next purchase which should  take place within 15 calendar days.
* The original invoice for the merchandise must accompany the returned item.
* The item must be returned in its original condition, unused and unchanged in any way.
* All packages must be insured for the value of the item (s).
* If you received a free gift with your order, you must also return the free gift or you will be charged the price of the free gift. This charge will be deducted from the credit applied to your account.
Note: We are not responsible for the normal wear and tear of jewelry after 30 days from the date of purchase. Silver jewelry undergoes a natural oxidation process that can be fixed by cleaning and polishing with silver jewelry cleaner. Broken parts due to wear and tear are not covered.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of earrings or nose rings due to health reasons.
